Summer already...how fast the days and weeks pass.
We have had a busy half year, I am encouraged by the constant flow of enquiries and conversions. Synchro32 is a brilliant system and the team behind our success work so hard, their never ending commitment is overwhelming. We drive hard or at least I do and although this does not make me the most popular, my passion for our company and the industry is a focus I never lose sight of.
As the marketing director it is my job to keep our profile high, maintain clarity of message. Our moral behaviour must remain exemplary. We have high standards...quality, customer care, support and response times...
I Love this job, the mission to provide each cast metal manufacturer with a decent working, robust, affordable system, designed from head to toe specifically for them is almost akin to a religion.
We have not lost a customer through this recession or any other in the last 35 years... in my opinion this quantifies the true nature of Synchro32 and the team that make it all work.
I am proud to work for this company and the team (Synchro)
