Why do a job badly when you can do it well?

When a company strive continually to do the very best they are capable of..and a bit more. Why do some companies large and small just make do?

Customer service is poor, communications are weak  and a general lack of interest in you as a customer.

I am not suggesting this is common but there is no need for any slack behaviour when running a business.

It is exciting, exhilarating everyday you will face a dozen new situations needing solutions. Be active, feel a hunger to do better...please your customer.
Is this easy...no of course not. There are days when you are maybe tired...not on top of the game, but it is all a question of the kind of thoughts you allow to process through.  Learning to control your thoughts is the only way I know to make the best of your working and personal life. Being positive is a habit as is being negative...we can chose what we think.

It is worth giving consideration to what you think...how often is it negative and or positive.
